Workstations in White Marsh, Maryland

Details and Challenges:

One of the project’s design challenges was to furnish the open office area with workstations, while maintaining the natural light and privacy. 1 Source owner Marc Rosen specified 53″ height Razor workstations, which are made in Richmond, Virginia. Fully framed glass partitions along each aisle ensure privacy while allowing light to permeate the entire area. Workstation exteriors have perforated panels, custom fabric and glass for a contemporary look. A light neutral panel is punctuated by a deep blue tack board for a punch of color.

For the executive offices, two-toned custom desks by LogiFlex offer a bold look at an affordable price point. Each desk has an extended corner for extra monitor space. Matching wall-mounted storage puts binders and files within reach. The Evolve task chair was specified for its overall comfort, style and durability.

The client wanted several areas for meetings and collaboration on their defense projects. The product specified was LogiFlex tables which can be fully customized for size, shape and connectivity. For seating, 1 Source specified Inflex stools for the table and Clipse lounge chair on casters with tablet arms for this area. The Avon team loves the looks and function of these spaces within the office in White Marsh, Maryland.
